The words xeriscape and zeroscape are often interchanged, but don’t mean the same thing. Xeriscaping uses plants with a low water need and high drought tolerance, while zeroscaping is when you use rocks or cement only, or don’t landscape at all!
I much prefer the water-wise, living version, hence this original mini painting of a lovely teal or jade-green succulent plant. I love how they’re as beautiful as roses but last much longer than those short-term blooms. This one has been painted on archival watercolor paper and preserved under glass, so it should last even longer!
Painting is 16mm or .75 inches across, band is adjustable from about a size 6 and up, smaller if you overlap the loops.
